My writing group, Dunes & Dreams, has given the second of their four workshops at the Huntington Public Library to a fairly large crowd despite the inclement weather. It seems to be a success and people are finding it helpful in their pursuit of writing. This has made me as well as my co-presenters, Gina Ardito and Debora Dennis, very happy. There are two more workshops slated for that library and a very strong chance that we will be presenting the same workshop in the Lindenhurst Public Library.

On Saturday, May 8th from 12:00-3:00 pm, published authors and members of Dunes & Dreams Romance Writers will be hosting their second annual "Book Signing at Pindar Vineyards" in Peconic. A porti0n of the proceeds from all books sold will be donated to Literacy Suffolk, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting literacy on Long Island. Come buy an autographed novel and help a fellow Long Islander learn to read and write! Aside from me, the following authors are confirmed for this special event:
